"My family and I stayed here for one night and had a wonderful stay. There were some issues with the bathtub in our room and the hotel staff went above and beyond to fix the issue for us. All the staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, beds were comfy and the hotel was clean and accomodating for our family. Best part was Gora station was directly across the road for easy transport to do the Hakone scenic loop. Would recommend this hotel to any traveller. "

"Breakfast was so good but only bread and crosent and coffee. If you need to access a supermarket look for Coop supermarket 5 mins drive from this place. Recommend for a small family. "

"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"We stayed here for two nights in one of the small double pods (up the ladder). It was a bigger space than we expected and quite comfortable. The walls are understandably thin, so be prepared to hear people in the rooms around and below you. There are earplugs provided, which is helpful. The staff were all lovely and we really enjoyed our dinner around the fire! We also walked to a nearby onsen and found the location to be very convenient for exploring Hakone. Would definitely recommend! "

"We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean.
