"While conveniently located, the hotel is a bit old. Also toilets are not senior citizen friendly and dangerous for old folks (need to step up/down when getting in/out). Mattresses are hard and not comfortable. "

The only issue is that they only clean the rooms once in 3 days and we need to inform the reception desk 1 day before the cleaning. if we are out the whole day, by the time i got back into the hotel, the reception desk is closed so i have no way to inform them when to clean the good. i will prefer daily cleaning. but overall nice hotel, nice rooms and it's clean when we check in. "

"The likes have been pointed out above. Also, staff id very curteous and polite, even though english speaking is not exactly their forté. Also the hotel and the rooms have been equiped with newer equipment. Now the cons: rooms are actualy glorified capsule hotel rooms, very cramped spaces, but what annoyed us the most was the hard bed accesible through a 8 foot ladder, not exactly an incentive for tired travelers, also ceiling is very close to the bed so be aware when moving around up there. "My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."

"We loved our stay, the family room was bigger than we expected and the male and female baths were amazing. Good hot saunas in both. Super fast Wi-Fi for my partner to work and easy walking distance from the beach or the main shopping street. We would definitely stay again! "
