"Decent location a short walk from the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized, clean room with functional amenities. Sadly the room smelled like an open drain. Loud clunking and gurgling coming from the drains all day and night. TV is very small. Window was very small. Loud traffic noise from the dual carriageway outside during daytime, but quiet enough overnight. All in all tolerable for overnight stay or if spending limited time in the room. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel....

"The premise is not well maintained. It has a bar which is used by local residents who come there with pets which disturb visitors. No breakfast, no restaurant."

"Our room had a balcony/roof top area which was good. The bed was comfortable. The price was good and it was a good base, only 10 minute walk to Bridgnorth centre. Parking was available across the road at £4 for 24 hours. One of the chairs was partly broken in our roof top area and the wall mounting for the shower head was poor. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay and we were happy with our stay overall. We had a breakfast on our last morning which was very good."

"Upon arrival, we had to pay £7 per day for parking, then the man who owned the hotel asked us which breakfast we were paying for until I explained that you had already booked us a continental breakfast within the cost of the room. The dining room was dark, dingy and very outdated and dirty with cobwebs everywhere. I got to my room and couldn't open the windows as there were smelly wheely bins outside of the window. The room was the smallest one in the hotel, it wasn't clean, the skirting boards...
