"This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me. "Check in was simple and easy and the staff were very helpful and accommodating! The location is great for the nearby stations/sites to see and even though it's right by the tracks/river it's very peaceful : )"

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."
