"Oh how I hate reviewing hotels (guesthouses) that have no staff. Can there be customer service if there is nobody to deliver the service? Sending an email with codes is not serive, it is laziness, but that is only my opinion. You are greeted with a piece of paper taped to the front door with directions on how to use the codes they emailed you. I do not want to check email on vacation. "Prices in Iceland are high. This was comparable. Nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the kitchenette. Plates and settings. Microwave and refrigerator. Pictures did not represent the room. Nicer! Restaurant was very good! Family enjoyed the food- prices again are high in Iceland but well thought out ingredients and taste. Comparable pricing. Big drink selection. Caution. No elevator. 3 flights of stairs."
