"24 hour staff, great location"

"Sehr gute Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Siena gehen. Alles war sauber, freundliches Personal unkomplizierter Check-In"

"An absolute little gem in Siena! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sara and Carolina were fantastic from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us. They let us know exactly where to park, which was really helpful as Siena has traffic restrictions for visitors, helped us book a winery tour and gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication was brilliant and they made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is lovely, in a perfect location, beautifully restored and...

"Great place to stay with great people and great food. Even if you don’t stay there, you should make reservations for dinner."

"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding. "

"Beautiful setting in Tuscany! We had plenty of space in our unit and enjoyed having a patio with a table and chairs that we could relax on!"

"Monica helped us retrieve lost car license and credit card from volterra 40 min away. Super helpful!"

There was a michelin star restaurant walking distance from the property, but unfortunately, it was reserved for a wedding party the few days that we were there, so we weren't...

"We really enjoyed our peaceful downtime at Spannocchia. If you’re looking for a beautiful rural retreat to really experience “Tuscany” this is it. Make sure you have dinner there at least one night. "

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
