"This property was a surprise excellent find for our overnight stay in Greenville South Carolina. It was in a quiet location about 1 block from everything. Check in was a breeze when booked via Expedia app. Room was large with a queen bed, recliner, kitchenette, large TV and a stocked bathroom. I understand there are long term rentals in the hotel but it was very quiet and seems very secure."

"At check in I was asked for a card to charge me $50. They mentioned $3 a day fee and incidentals. They couldn't clearly explain this. I paid it. Upon check out I was nicely told by someone else that this $50 would be refunded once check out was complete. It was back in my account that afternoon. However, the $3 a day equaling $9 was then charged to my card. I just would appreciate all fees charged up front at time of payment instead of a surprise at the check in desk."

"The Urban Boutique Hotel is a very nice hotel. It was clean in all areas. It provides a nice hot breakfast. It is located less than five minutes from restaurants and a grocery store. Check in and out were quick and staff were polite and helpful. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in at this price range. "

"I thought this place was much better than average for a low cost business or roadtrip hotel. The price was very good when I stayed, and the facilities newer and better than I expected for such a hotel. It’s in a generic suburban location so I don’t think a destination itself, but it served its purpose well. It offers a free breakfast that is typical of budget biz hotels of its type. "

"I needed a place to stay for a night and this was perfect. The room was basic, but practical, and most of all, clean. The staff was helpful, and I spent a quiet evening and night preparing for an event the next day. "

"Nice renovation, friendly staff. Quiet concrete walls absolutely no noise which is so rare in hotels!! My only complaint would b the shower curtain had mold on the bottom and no hooks in the bathroom to hang things. Otherwise very clean comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Pool was super clean !! "
