"We requested room service and did not receive it. We had to request and pick up clean towels. I don’t think that requesting room service once for a three night stay is unreasonable. "This hotel was very clean but a little dated. It did appear that some upgrades were being made. The staff was very friendly! We were happy our little dog was welcome and there was a nice grassy area for her to explore. The complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of choices! The only thing that needs attention is the pool area. The pool itself had very clear/clean water and was very nice and relaxing, however the area around the pool was not clean. "Tried staying for one night and had to leave. Room smelled like smoke, several dead bedbugs were on top of my mattress. When I asked to move into a new room, they DID let me. In both rooms, the room stank of smoke, the sheets and the pillows were stained with different colored (seemingly body) fluids, and I could hear the smallest peep from the room next to me. You will save money but man, you pay for it in other ways."
