"The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. The A.M. staff told me he did not have decision making powers. I called the hotel later and talked to someone that identified themselves as a manager. I explained the bedbug condition but he was of no assistance. I PLAN TO SUE for pain and suffering. I have used this hotel many times, but the BED BUG infestation was/is BAD. I was in room...

"Room was small but mostly clean. The sink in the bathroom was dirty like someone just rinsed their mouth and left. The floor in the bathroom looked a little dirty. Breakfast was ok. Walmart is just across the street and there were plenty of restaurants around within walking distance. Would stay again in the future."

"Clean considering It seemed like an older property. Breakfast was average."

"The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was leaking . Gouges in the wall. Coffee was good"

"Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good."

"Nice stay, but beware of the $5.00 per night credit card charge. Yeah, I was surprised myself to see an additional $15.00 added to the cost of our 3 night stay. Apparently this is done at a few IHG properties so always look at the additional charges section before you get a surprise set of charges like we did out of the blue. Docked just 1 star because of that because the rest of the stay was wonderful."

"Hotel staff was attentive and nice. Beds were comfortable. Room had a strange odor. Large stain on the floor and molded shower curtain. The grounds of the hotel were also dirty. Lots of cigarette butts outside of our room. Vending machine was not well stocked."

"So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. I hate saying but it's definitely not worth the $80 something dollars I paid. The room was too warm and I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from,...

"It was located right off the interstate but quiet. very clean and helpful at front desk."
