"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"I'm writing because I'm really disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The room wasn't up to a decent standard. The milk that was left in the room was out of date and had gone chunky. I didn't realise until I'd already drunk half my cup of tea, which was absolutely disgusting. The window was also broken, so I couldn't open it. "It was room only. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. It was on ground floor which was good for us. Good free car park. Staff were very nice and friendly. Five minutes to Hull centre and about twenty minutes to Beverly. "
