Special shout out to Muhammad who helped me check in after I arrived late after travel disruption and was very helpful, much appreciated thank you!"

Travelled with my husband for one night and only needed a bed for a few hours after our concert finished, great location to venue and train station. Bed was comfortable enough to get a solid six hours sleep before showering and getting an early train home. Would stay again if ever in the area for a concert."

"The room.was ok however i did ask for ground level and we got an basement room and the stairs leading down/up where very hard for someone who legs issues. I have used this hotel a few time now and i will be using it again in November. "

"The hotel is in an ideal location for shopping or the arena. It is a no frills hotel. The room was basic but clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only problem just now is there are building work going on directly outside hotel which was never mentioned. I will definitely stay again. "

"Brilliant location, very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean and well equipped room. Good choice of food and drink in the bar area, which was served very quickly. Very good value for money for an excellent overnight stay before an early morning flight. Very easy to walk to from the train station, and short walk to terminals.
