"If you’re familiar with Reno, you might know that this motel is in, not the worst, but definitely not the best area. There are often transients and obvious people on drugs milling about. However, the motel seems fairly safe, the staff is nice, and the price is decent. My only gripe is that the lights are so bright at night that it looks like daylight! It was super difficult to sleep. "

"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"It was close to salt palace, coffee, food and transportation. The room and bath were very clean. The bathroom was large but the room a bit small. Daily room service available. The elevator was fast but a bit creaky."
