Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The AC in the room worked well, and there was a good amount of food for a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place is near several restaurants. I would stay here again.

5 stars service The staff are friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Stayed for 4 nights unfortunately the last night we had very noisy neighbor that toke away all the comfort from the entire floor.

Had an amazing stay here. This place is absolutely charming and the sea, unforgettable. The staff was fantastic, they made the stay so comfortable. First class service. I never wanted to leave, and I will definitely be back!!!! Highly recommend

This was a return visit…. This time in the warmer weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and deck area…. Excellent ! The rooms are simply appointed but are clean comfortable and relaxing. My room (and I believe most or all ) have an outdoor area table and chairs area in a beautiful garden setting. We did get an opportunity to sample the food and again we enjoyed everything… Also their own wine is really very good. We bought a few bottles to ring home. But for me the top feature of this...

A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

Everything was good, except that I found a half empty bottle in the frige, which I guess was left by the last guest and the cleaningman didn't clean the inside of the frige, thus not throwing it away.

Clean, worked with our timing and scheduled car transfer and dinner reservations/recommendations for us!

The condominium was very clean, spacious, good size for 3 to 4 people. Masimo warmly welcomed us despite us arriving late (8pm) from Capri on July 4. The unit includes breakfast in a Cafe with great pastries and coffee within 2 minute walk. It is conveniently located near a bank, farmer’s market, mailing center and copy center(great for those working remotely). Masimo was very helpful, going beyond his means to assist us, recommended good places to eat. Condominium is modern with good interiors...

We had an opportunity to meet the owner Antonio. Very nice gentleman and offering to make us Expresso as he was on site.

The room was really lovely! I felt safe. It was near shopping and within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops.

Very interesting apartment with very modern furnishings. We loved it. The place had everything we needed, including a fridge and coffee maker. Check-in was done completely virtually, which was also unusual, but went perfectly. The host even arranged a taxi to the airport for us for the next morning. We found the location to be convenient also. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Naples.

This was a great place for the solo traveler. Great clean room with all the amenities you might need. Great communication from hosts. It felt very safe and secure. Right across from the Piazza Garibaldi and train station so easy access to trains and taxis. Several small stores and restaurants nearby, but the food offered was just average.
