I also sent a message through the Expedia app and received a reply the following day at 1PM. When we checked in, refrigerator in room was not working. "From the outside the hotel looked slightly dated but the inside was a pleasant surprise. The room was updated and very nice and it was clean. This hotel is a great location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants and is very near the entrance to Yellowstone. The breakfast area seating was full, good food selection. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel with nice pool and slide. Also, had a fitness center, but had to go across the street to the lobby to use it. Best hotel near Yellowstone. Crazy room set ups with multiple types of beds from bunkbeds to sofa beds to queen bed."

"This is an older, yet, nicely maintained hotel located within minutes of the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It is in walking distance of everything. Rooms are smaller due to era built. One note for those traveling with dogs, the hallways are narrow and become especially noticeable when trying to pass by large work carts and housekeeping staff with a leashed dog. It’s a bit more to ask of a stressed dog. A conversation about this with the staff was well received."

"Spacious room. Could use a dresser or another flat surface furniture. Parking was very limited making hard to find a spot on the street even. Name is misgiving as it’s two hotels that have combined. Very close to entrance of park. Thought it was supposed to have a refrigerator but it did not. It’s a must if staying for several days. Ice machine was broken but they had bagged ice."

"There was not anyone at the desk when we went to check out. There was a booger on our shower curtain which I found odd. The breakfast was decent. Overall a good place to sleep."
