"This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. "Brilliant hotel. Cosy place (which even had the pub dog greeting us which was amazing!).
Only thing preventing this from being 5 stars was the shower facilities. Shower faucet is restrictive which can cause issues if you’re not wanting to get your hair wet. Maybe disposable shower caps could be provided to help this issue.
Other than that though a fantastic place in a peaceful location. Would definitely stay again!"
"Brilliant location for all that Harrogate offers !
Huge plus is on site parking for the duration of my stay. Would definitely recommend- I’ll certainly be back ! Thank you."
"Good location, nice setting, log cabin style hotel, slightly older rooms
Interesting that you had a set time for breakfast and had to tell them in advance what time you wanted.
Expensive beer"
"A beautiful property overlooking the canal, immaculately clean with everything needed for a really comfortable stay. Close to the centre of town and amenities. Highly recommend."
"A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!"
