"The staff were the best!! I even ate snow for the first time being with a staff member!! I”m from California and never been in a snow storm!! It was the most beautiful creation by God that I have ever seen. Just watching the ice sickles grow everyday was breathtaking. Also went for school and they made sure I took some breakfast before the breakfast bar had opened. Lastly to love transparent I’m Black and was in a small rural area and everyone was welcoming and loving! I would stay there again...

"On check-in I was informed the pool would be available the next morning. Not the case, it was unavailable the whole visit. We had four people in our room and only three bath and hand towels and two wash cloths? The vent in the shower/toilet area was filthy and rusted, needs to be replaced. Carpet was new. Door and jam crooked, could see through the gap. Fridge was noisy. Tiny continental breakfast. Milk in gallon jug, should have single serving milks. "

"Room serviceable and reasonably clean. Staff perfunctory. This is a good location for me and compared to others in the area that are probably nicer but a lot more expensive, it is a good deal for me. The linens and towels were good. No coffee. That kitchenette they show is the deluxe room Other rooms have a small fridge and a microwave. Nice little table in the room. "

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "
