"Nice apartment for the price. Ashvin and his wife are very pleasant people. The lady housekeeper was very nice also. Walkable to the big mall and food court and walkable to the beach and bus line to other beaches. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but...

"First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak. I feel as though I was being taken advantage (sub-par room) of upon my arrival, and only when there was a significant problems did the hotel allocate...
