"These people stepped up and got me into a room when the Microtel hotel across the street, messed up my pre-paid reservations. They got me a room and were very nice. I will never pay more to stay across the street. If you get a room on the backside of the hotel you can back up to your window and watch your car at night. Will stay here again in October probably. Fine for single travelers and there is a very good Dennys right next door to eat at."

"It was comfortable and clean. But the breakfast coffee labeled “Bold” was horrible. It was watered down nothing. A good cup of coffee is very important and so easy to make. But you must have excellent coffee. This tasted like dish water…"

"Julianna the receptionist was outstanding!! She was soft spoken and professional, and friendly and had a very welcoming, patient, and calming presence. Do NOT ever let go of her. Michelle was exactly the same and is friendly, obliging, and professional with a good sense of humor. The “Bold” coffee is TERRIBLE—-it was EXACTLY the same as the Fairfield Marriott in Winchester which we stayed at on the way up to New York! I vowed never to stay there again because of how bad the coffee was. I...
