"Absolutely terrible. Room was dirty, towels had holes in. We complained to reception and were told they couldnt help us. The pillows were wafer thin and when we asked for more we were told it wasnt possible. The staff were rude and all in all it was absolutely terrible. If youre looking for somewhere to stay in warsaw i wouldnt recommend this place. "

Il faudrait préciser que cet établissement n'est pas recommandé ni adapté aux voyageurs solos ou en couple/petits groupes. Je n'ai pas pu dormir beaucoup pendant 3 nuits ni me reposer, beaucoup de travaux extérieurs aussi bruyants dès le matin 6 heures, les fenêtres donnant sur les balcons ne sont pas...

"The Patronus Apartments are great alternative to a 4-star hotel for much less money. Everything was top notch starting with room layout thru bedding, appliances, a/c and elevators. Excellent location. We were very happy with our choice. We highly recommend this place."

"Property is in the middle of old town and easily accessible. Checking in was horrific as phone numbers provided did not answer and emails were late in return. The bathroom had NO SHOWER DOOR, and no extra towels were provided to sop up water. Needless to say water went everywhere when using the rain shower. The same towels had to be used for a week. The bathroom wall tiles were full of dust, and only two small rolls of toilet paper were provided, we had to go out and buy more ourselves. There...
