"Hotel is dirty, staircase going to upstairs to 2nd level and our hallway is dirty. It seriously need to be vacuumed. Our top layer bed sheets were dirty you can see the stain told the front desk and housekeeping came and change it for us. Our sofa looks dirty and worn out so we did not sit on it, bathroom is fine except the toilet area you can smell urine it seriously needs a deep clean.
