"Room was very clean, supplied lots of amenities like a towel, toothbrush, new bedsheets ect. Very quick check in even before my due time and they were very helpful, would highly recommend to anyone looking to reavel to Nara!"

"We had a room with private bathroom but there was a japanese bath which was very nice. Very nice place and the monks were very nice and helpful. In the morning they had a ceremony with the guests which was also very interesting "

"Excellent onsen hotel right at the end of the first day of the Kohechi Kumano Kodo pilgrimage trail. I came for the onsen and mountain seclusion, but they had such good maps of the Kohechi at the front desk that I decided to walk back to Koyasan the day I checked out. It’s about 20km through the mountains from Nosegawa Onsen to Koyasan, walking on a mix of well-kept trails and paved roads; overall, a moderately difficult hike with very good signage. I highly recommend Kohechi hikers to stay at...
