"Don’t care to pay extra for parking !!!!"

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"Beautiful property. Clean and staff are friendly. Welcomed my dogs. Best Western all across the country. Always clean but this one was extra."

"Great sweet"

"Good service nice breakfast unique hotel"

I heard this might be a concern after I booked and I requested a room towards the back because I am a very light sleeper. I checked in only about an hour after check-in, but they said they were full and put me at the front. Hard to sleep at times even with earplugs. Beds not comfortable. I would not stay here again. I don’t usually say...

"We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was walking distances to museums, galleries, plaza and restaurants. We really liked the interior. The kitchen was well stocked. "
