"Dee greeted me with a friendly smile and happily granted my request to check in 2 hours early. The room was nice and had good quality amenities for hand soap, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were the appropriate amount of towels for their number of us checking in to the room. The shower spray was very nice but it was over a Jacuzzi tub which is pretty high for some people to step over to get into the shower or tub. I did not like the motion light for the bathroom . "Our 4th stay in this hotel over the past 20 + years the hotel was built. Common areas were kept clean. The room itself was in poor repair with several torn holes and areas in the carpet, scrapped, scratched up surfaces; the room had no safe, one small closet, only 2 small drawers to put clothes in for 4 people (?) .... in general, required rehabbing. The room & bath floors looked clean, however, our feet turned black from walking around. We had no remote to control TV functions....only one...
