I booked and paid through Expedia for a room with 2 queen beds. My confirmation and receipt clearly showed 2 queen beds, yet I was given a room with only one. When I pointed this out, the front-desk employee was extremely rude and confrontational. I was essentially told to accept the room or find somewhere else to stay. Easily one of the worst hotel customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
