"This was my first time in Sweden and it could not have been a better experience. The hotel is darling and the view from every window is picturesque. The cottage was good sized and beautifully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were helpful and nice. I will definitely stay here again and absolutely loved it!"

"The hotel claimed they had no reservation for us. They blamed ebookers. Ebookers claimed there was a reservation and blamed the hotel. None of which was of any use to us, abroad, in the middle of nowhere and no other hotels available within 50km. Stranded with nowhere to stay and no accountability from either the hotel or ebookers."
