"I was very disappointed with the level of customer service. The service was extremely poor, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time for the shuttle. The lack of communication and the excessive waiting time made the overall experience very frustrating. I expected much better service and would strongly recommend improving both customer service and shuttle operations."

"Great!"

"The toilet in my room didn't flush completely. Both times I went to the front desk, one being to check in, I had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come out and assist. There never seemed to be coffee cups next to the coffee, at breakfast and in the main lobby."

"Very old as 1930 developed. Bathroom is so small. However, there is quiet unless ambulances has gone to ER at the Cris’s the street but not often. We slept well."
