Breakfast was plenty, eggs & sausage, waffles, cereal, bread & Danish, yogurt, cream cheese, peanut butter, fresh fruit (apples & bananas) juices, hot water, milk, etc. breakfast area was continuously maintained & freshened. "The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva."

"Did not like the "auto room temperature" system. The system turns off when it senses you are not in the room. Thats all good except for when you are sleeping. You wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty and you have to get up and jump around for the AC to come back on! Ugh! Also, the TV turns off every 15 minutes. And it takes a bit for it to turn back on using the remote. The outside of the property was very well maintained and clean! Staff was wonderful!! "
