"Wonderful place to stay while getting oriented to the city. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and our family of four felt comfortable and at home. Location is perfect—train station and restaurants right nearby; easy walk to city center—and the hostel itself has plenty of pleasant spaces to land Definitely a lot of stairs (on the steep/short tread depth side), which caught us off-guard with heavy luggage, but we managed and it was definitely worth it. Accessibility issues could be challenging at other times."

"The hotel was excellent. Staff was wonderful. We loved the hotel. The greatest amenity was it was so close to everything that you could walk to a different café every day you were there. Next time we come to Maastricht we will definitely book this hotel again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff the amenities and the location."

"Staff very nice and helpful. Bed, room and bath clean. Location excellent. Unfortunately breakfast option is very poor.No toast,bagel,eggs or cream cheese available.Not your typical American breakfast.Only donuts, muffins and sugar loaded yogurt."
