"The person working there is on his own. The outside needs cleaning and painting desperately. There's dirt, dead leaves, garbage and cigarette butts lying around outside. The place would be so much better with a good clean. The inside wasn't overly clean either; not as bad as the outside. Also there was no one there when we arrived and it took 2 hours for someone to show up. The bed wasn't made properly; no top sheet or pillow cases. They were given when requested. "Great location, walking distance to most areas and a short drive to places of note. Area of improvement would be to address the excess mud in access areas ie getting to the wheelie bin was a trek through heavy mud. Simple cheap solution would be stepping stones/pavers, as this is a region known for rain fall, therefore mud level and location is easily predictable."
