"The motel was okay. Check in process was extremely slow. One employee in training worked with guest while another watched. Took over 30 minutes to check in with two guests in front of us. We were told to only park directly in front of the rooms or we would be towed. When asked what we could do if no spots were available in front of the rooms, she loudly told me we could fight with port authority. Very helpful answer."

"Hotel is in a good location and has great access to the Pacific Ocean/Beach. Hotel is showing it's age a bit and the rooms could use a bit of updating, but we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff was helpful."

"No hot tub, no breakfast, headboard fell off the wall, woke up to no hot water, place was under full renovation. Construction everywhere, nobody informed us of anything."

"The entire Ebb Tide is a "tired" structure. The entire complex needs a major overhaul. Cracks in our tub, wear marks on the toilet... It was an ok stay for 5 nights. We kept ourselves busy so that we didn't have to stay in our room. No access to Netflix, or any other pay station on the TV. I wouldn't stay at Ebb Tide again. If anything, I'd get a better hotel off of the beach amd just walk to the beach when I wanted to go there. Staff in front Lobby were always very friendly and fun to...

"The property was very well maintained. I appreciated our room had a view of the water and that it was really quiet and comfortable."
