"One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it."

There was lovely homely feel in the reception area with books surrounding a comfy sofa, low light and coffee table. Easy access to the alignements the historical part of the city and points around it period would be nice if there was a fan in the room or air conditioning that was able to be turned on but it's all good .
