"Great place to stay when heading to FLA"

"My experience at this hotel was overall average. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, and it met the basic expectations for a budget-friendly stay. However, there were a few issues that made the experience less than ideal. When I first arrived, the room did not have any towels, which was inconvenient. I had to request them, and although they were eventually provided, the process felt a bit rushed and unorganized. I used the towels during my stay and made sure to leave them in the room when I checked out. Unfortunately, after checkout, I was charged a towel fee because housekeeping reported that the towels were missing. I was confident I had left everything properly in the room, so this was frustrating. After addressing the issue, the staff did partially resolve it by giving me a $40 discount, but I still ended up paying a $10 fee related to the towels. Aside from that situation, everything else was as expected. This is a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, and in that sense, it delivers what you pay for. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something affordable, but the towel situation and miscommunication with housekeeping definitely impacted my experience."

"We were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. The room was ok, towels looked a little dingy, but they worked. The breakfast bar had very little to choose from. There was cereal and you could make waffles. For the price it was ok for one night."

"If you are a smoker and like me smoke outside but don't like to litter and but your butts in the trash don't throw then on the ground let them clean them up if not you don't get your deposit back because they will accuse you of smoking in the room besides that hair in the bathtub and the was not really cleaned "

"This is adequate for a place to stop for work. I have been here before. The rooms are clean. Very basic. Very tepid water. No hot shower. Most important I felt safe. "
