"Good hotel"

"Never got my security deposit back plus didn’t even stay the whole night bc the ac wasn’t working and the WiFi wasn’t working either"

"The location can’t be beat, such a nice area of the west village, convenient and close walk to the subway. If you’re looking to visit Brooklyn it is super close to that area as well. The rooms were clean, great amenities and the staff was super helpful nice and kind. For the price and area, there’s no way it can be beat, your away from a lot of the hustle bustle of the city, and you get a nice little cozy spot you can call your own"

"Beautiful hotel, room was very clean, spacious, lovely view. Bathroom was huge and very clean. Safe were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again !"

"Ubicación. Cama cómoda Pocos elevadores, un pequeño inconveniente si hay muchos huéspedes. En general todo bien"

"It’s barely been 5 minutes since 11 and they were already calling us"

"We stayed here in October. The hotel is super clean and their stuff was very helpful. They offer free breakfast and wifi. I greatly recommend this hotel!"

"It was a good stay overall and the hotel is nicely remodeled. Bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice. The shower was out of soap when we were there but we always bring a bit from home with us so we just used our own, and the walls are quite thin which is a downside. The price is right, though, and it's a great location to be in Long Island City."
