"Personal excelente, amables, educados y con muy buen trato. El lugar es excepcional, tranquilo y lleno de paz pero tiene algo que hace que parte de la estancia sea horrible. El calor en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir dos ventiladores de pie más el de techo que tiene y aún así la habitación está a más de 35 grados en su interior.
Es imposible dormir por la noche con esa temperatura, el dueño/a lo tiene que saber o debería y poner una solución porque eso arruina la experiencia. El resto de 10"
"Bueno la chica encargada se le llamaba y cada vez estaba dormida y me cobró el parking día y en la aplicación está a no explicó que el parking es complicado de entrar y salir dañe mi coche y me dijo que varios clientes le pasa lo mismo . Creo que debería advertir a cada cliente de esto ya que después de dañar el coche nadie te va a responder por lo complicado del parking y me llama a decirme que dónde le deje el dinero y quedamos en que no iba a utilizarlo"
"Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful people. Our room had a magnificient view over the hills of Altea and Benidorm. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom.
We had diner in the hotel which was also very nice and good value for money. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty, fresh and lots of choice.
The last part of the ride to the hotel is a bit of a challenging one, so would recommend to arrive the first time in daylight."

There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...
"Ha ido mal. Después de confirmarme la reserva, cobrarme el importe d la reserva íntegro ,recibo un correo al día siguiente diciéndome q no está disponible el alojamiento y q el importe d la reserva ya me lo devolverán en el plazo de 14 días, dejándome sin dinero y sin vacaciones.
Mando correo reclamando el reembolso y me van llevando de correo en correo. Ya veremos si me lo devuelven."
