"Positives: It was cool that it was on top of ikea. Convenient and safe location. Fairly quiet during my stay. Negatives: while there was a washer/dryer available (5 euros for each token), the dryer did not work well (still had to dry all my clothes by hanging it around my bed after it was in the dryer for 45 min.). No shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided which seems to be the norm in European hostels..."

"The staff are very helpful and the property appears to have recently been refurbished. The breakfast is reasonable. "The good thing is that it was directly across from the train station. However, the apartment was dusty, the patio had cigarette butts on the ground, and the inside hallway wall was very dirty. There is also a coffee machine yet no coffee available. There was only one fan yet there are two rooms. I would highly recommend when booking to choose the option with AC. We over looked this and thought it had AC and were pretty miserable at night."

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. "Was a great stay. 10 stops away from central using the tram number 49. Tram stop is just at the door step. Multiple food restaurants at your door step be it halal or non halal. Lidl is just around the corner which closes at 8pm except saturday which is at 6pm. Clean in general just the shower curtain which had fungus and yellowish. TV was not working. "This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,...
