"Air conditioning in our original room was not working, and the temperature inside reached 32°C, making the room unbearably hot. This really affected our experience in Jiufen, especially during the summer heat. We were moved to another property farther away that required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. Unfortunately, the replacement room also did not meet expectations, as it felt unclean and poorly maintained."

"The room was tightly. Work great for 2-3 people. Amazing view from the room. Cons: hard to find and travel light as not big luggage friendly. No elevator and it is on the third floor."
