"We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year."

"Estuvo muy bien. Tuve un poquito de problemas para chequearme ya que lo tienes que hacer online y te mandan un código que te sirve de llave para entrar al edificio y otro para la habitaciones. Una chica súper amable nos ayudó allí y pudimos resolver (muchas gracias). "This hotel is in the MIDDLE of an commercial industrial estate so Monday to Friday it is probably quite busy. We took an U16 rugby team there for a tournament. The hotel is basic but much better than it status suggests. The rooms are very big, spacious and clean. They are a bit cold and the AC is very loud, however they have heaters for the room which are great. The bar is franchised and not part of the hotel, the staff and owner could not do enough for us. "The trailer was clean but it is a trailer -- tiny and flimsy feeling. The park it is in is clean and the pool was nice. Shop had good range of things and the staff were nice. We had to ask for fans as it was so hot in the trailer and they brought them out. Would not recommend it in mid summer as very hot. Nothing around so take food with you (we cobbled together sandwiches). The main thing was huge number of wild cats that were outside. Obviously very hungry poor things. We counted 18 and more...

"Car parking is not on site as advertised. It is in a public carpark 2 blocks away, but €2 pn discount is given with Hotel stamp on ticket. Can drive near to front door for drop off/pick up of bags. Bland rooms contrast with the ambiance of common areas. Well located in central town for walking to tourist sites. "
