The room was clean but didn’t like that the wifi connection didn’t work at all (just needed to do some work stuff). But overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing."

"We stay here 1-2x a year. This time, we didn’t feel that warm welcome that we usually do. Certain staff members were glued to their phones. The pool was closed which we were unaware of until we went downstairs in our bathing suits to find the sign on the door. Maybe this should have been mentioned at checkin? The floor in the room was very sticky too. It was clean but maybe they used too much solution? We will come back and recommend but this stay was not as good as other stays"

"breakfast was granola bars (very helpful before hiking at Shenandoah plus juice and coffee -- very minimal the rooms were sufficient for a hiking trip, and the location was convenient to access the Skyline there was a strange dead animal smell, but that might not always be the case"

"These people stepped up and got me into a room when the Microtel hotel across the street, messed up my pre-paid reservations. They got me a room and were very nice. I will never pay more to stay across the street. If you get a room on the backside of the hotel you can back up to your window and watch your car at night. Will stay here again in October probably. Fine for single travelers and there is a very good Dennys right next door to eat at."
