"Perfect location 10mins walk from the main station, there is a supermarket on the same street. 25 minutes walk along the river to Nyhavn. Reception staff were super friendly, I stored my bag for free before check in. (There is also a more secure paid locker for bags) The room was fine but quite small, I was travelling alone so it suited me fine! The shower was amazing, it was like a wet room, I'd read some negative reviews but it was not a problem for me! If I could choose, I would have opted...

"Nice unique hotel that from outside doesn’t look so good. Looks like old and forgotten building, but rooms actually nice, with mini kitchen, dining table, nice beds. Hotel even set up for us two cribs for babies even that originally that said we can only have one. Big appreciation for that "

"This was my first time staying at a hostel and I was beyond pleased with my stay. All the facilities were very organized, the bedrooms were clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. There is also a bus stop less than 5 min away, so it’s easy to move around the city. The area is very nice as well, lots of restaurants and bars around it. Definitely consider this hostel if you’re looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation. "

Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment. "Although the room was small, it was all we needed for 4 days stay. The larger bed was very roomy and the bunk/over bed was not needed in the end. Bathroom is compact but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet for many small rooms on our floor. Hotel very clean. Location was very quiet, 10-15 min walk from Tivoli and Central St. Didn't eat at hotel but went to local coffee/bakery for breakfast. Only gripe was that the booking showed us in another smaller part of the hotel down another street when in fact we were in the main part, so there was some to'ing and fro'ing."
