"Great"

"Wi fi is not free unless you belong to their rewards program. And then it keeps getting kicked out. Very noisy. Loud guests in rooms and parking lot. No one to call to complain. Breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. Stairwell dirty. Elevator dirty. Good tv channels."

"Clean and love the bed and pillows"

"All the staff members are very pleasant and helpful. Switch panel one of the elevators worked half the time, however it did allow me to get my steps in since it didn’t seem to like the floor I was staying in. I enjoyed the restaurants around it, parking convenience, and being away from city center."

"The fitness center was shut down , the water pressure / shower heads were not only low but impossible to manage , and they did not seem to be prepared for 3 Mens college basketball teams to go hard at breakfast . Either they were short staffed or weren’t prepared ."

"The hotel is dated and run down and has the overall feel of depression. The kitchenette is not stocked, you have to ask for plates etc and any pots, toaster, dish rack, it is limited what they have. There is no kettle, you will have to boil water on the stove. The breakfast is just instant oats, coffee, tea that tastes like coffee, cereal bars and hot chocolate....not much. It is maybe a 2 star hotel that definitely needs a face lift."

"The staff was great!! They were pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early when I called. The hotel needs a serious facelift/remodel. We got a “corner pocket” room which felt cramped more than anything. Staff 10/10…. Hotel its self… 1/10….."

"The HVAC WAS VERY LOUD. Very poor sleep experience"

"Our smoke alarm began chirping at 3 am. This can be avoided with a routine maintenance schedule. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there were long black hairs on my bed which is a bit off-putting. We appreciated the plant in the bathroom. A nice touch not usually found in a hotel."
