"Clean, with friendly staff but the layout is strange and was difficult for my elderly parents to navigate."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location"

"Very good room"

"The room was perfect for the price for a weekend stay in Lexington. The cons would be how close it is to the interstate, can get quite loud. Also the rooms not being equipped with a closet or iron made it a little difficult."

"No problems"

"The worst Customer service ever! The manager is the nastiest woman, and also the entire front desk staff are awful! I cannot believe these people serve in hospitality! Would never visit!"

"Room smelled"

"I really enjoyed my stay in Lexington! My room was nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I also loved how convenient the location was. It made getting around Lexington so much easier. Having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"

"This was a great value! The room was clean, spacious, and everything we needed! The breakfast is a great value in itself. So many options for every kind of diet and taste. The attendant worked very hard at making i everything look appealing and attending to your every need. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lexington. Such a beautiful drive between Shelbyville and Lexington especially with the fall colors.. We were pleasantly surprised!"

"Our room was clean and quiet. The ladies at the desk were great, friendly, fun to talk to. I will definitely stay there again."

"Clean well kept property close to UK"

"Great property, location, and friendly staff"

"Weird smell in room, burn holes and writing on blanket and weird stains even the peephole on the door you could see into the room through it definitely don’t recommend."

"The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for what we needed."

"Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was not clean, poorly maintained. Not worth the price."

"The only problem was the room booked was a king suite and they did not have a king only queen"
