We were displeased - we NEVER rent ground floor. No option was offered. Studio is large, clean former storefront. The only windows face the sidewalk. Very noisy people upstairs. When roof sprung multiple leaks, we discovered moldy ceiling in rear storage area. We immediately called nearby hotel for a room and packed. We reported...
