"The gentleman at check in was great! It was his first overnight shift and although it took him a couple minutes he was very helpful and truly wanted to provide a great check in. Unfortunately the gal in the am was not the same. We arrived at breakfast at 8:50am to find a closed sign up although the sign displayed said 6a-9:30a.
