Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "Gem of a hotel in Alp Catalonia. Two stars don’t do justice to this family run enterprise with a modern decor. Located 15 mins drive from the ski pistes, your removed location is made good by the views of cerdanya."

"Beautiful location for a rural hotel. Our room was very big and had a gorgeous view from a wall of windows, looking out at the snow capped mountains with horses grazing near the hotel. Very tranquil. Good breakfast and nice hosts. "

"Don’t do it. The hotel receptionist was rude. She did not want to give us the two bedrooms with three beds that we reserved. She said the five of us in our party could only have one bedroom for two people. After arguing for an hour with her they agreed to giving us the two rooms we had reserved but ended up charging us more than we were quoted on Expedia. I do not recommend. "

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Cerdanya and is on a main road below Bellver de Cerdanya which is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is older style but very comfortably furnished and well maintained. We ate in the restaurant on Sunday evening, the 25e 3 course menu had good choices and included wine. It is also possible to get snacks from the bar. Breakfast buffet simple and good. We would have given a higher score but the pool area was closed...
