"Really well located for the city centre attractions and also if you're staying with your pet dog as the main park is over the road from the hotel and it has a specific dog area.
The rooms are clean, but the air-conditioning was very inefficient!
Plenty of choice at the continental breakfast."
"The air conditioning wasn’t working, or had already been ‘turned off’ by the hotel. It was uncomfortably hot in the room even after they brought us a fan. It is not okay that guests have no control over the temp in the rooms. The hallway was much cooler…but sleeping with the room door open is not an option. And no, opening the window did not help!"
"The room (401) was fine but had some issues. First one: the shower was clogged! It took forever to warm up as well! The bed was clean but the mattress needs to be replaced as you literally sink into it. Also, breakfast wasn’t served one day. Don’t buy it included if you don’t need to because you may not get your breakfast.
Overall, OK as you get used to it."
"Very basic room, with almost no furniture. The bathroom shower head didn’t work properly. The location is excellent, walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other sites. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep with a good location, this is your place."
"The front desk is not always at the facility. You have to call and give her 10 to 15 minutes notice before coming. If the hostel is dealing with english speaker the staff suppose to be knowing at least some english. Basically the hostel is no staff and if you need anything your own your own. We just stay for the night to sleep and shower early morning we get going. The place is no AC OR FAN AT ALL. So so hot at night we cant even sleep. The hostel is close to all the tourist spot but you gonna...
