"My friend and i stayed at Lowkl a couple weeks ago, and i will definitely be staying there again the next time I’m in south beach! It was clean, employees were friendly, in the center of all the restaurants and bars, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach!! It was perfect! There wasn’t a lot to park in so you would have to find street parking, but that didn’t bother us since we Ubered to and from the airport, otherwise we didn’t have to use a car to get to anywhere else!"

"This is the rare Miami Beach apartment where the inside looks somewhat like the photos. Don't get me wrong, there are some inconsistencies, like that the couch has definitely changed to a smaller model since the photo was taken. There's almost no noise insulation inside the apartment, so be prepared for that. If someone's in the bathroom, you can hear everything. Each bedroom can be heard from the other. The shower has terrible venting, the bathmat is just constantly wet. Kitchen amenities...

"I booked the hotel a few months in advance. When I pull up to the hotel on the day of my reservation, there’s a sign on the door saying the hotel was closed for renovations and to go to a different hotel about 10 minutes away. I was given no prior notice this was happening and I only booked this hotel for its walking distance to the places I needed to go. Very unprofessional, do not book with this company. "

Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand"

"Terrible check in as there is no reception. So you have to scan a QR code at the door and follow the prompts in order to get a code to open the door. You have to do all that paper work (passport, reserve number, etc) in the middle of the street! We never received the email with the code so we have to call the phone number on the door to let us in. Booking was for 7 nights. The second morning we got an email indicating that we have to vacate the room at noon because unforseen reasons. A call...
