"The whole first floor where we stayed smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. There were broken showers, and the showers that weren’t broken had intermittent hot water… you didn’t know if you would have hot water for your shower, and if you did, it would sometimes run out part way through and leave you finishing cold. The bathrooms also regularly had no toilet paper."
"Decent spot, very convenient for public transport, easy parking access. There is no staff on the property so you do need to phone them if there is an issue, not a huge deal but can be a little inconvenient.
Agree with other reviews that the walls are not soundproofed well and you will hear city noise all the time. If you’re used to it it’s no biggie, if you’re not it can definitely be a disturbance."
"After an issue with VRBO, we were given this hotel as an alternative accommodation.
It was extremely expensive for what is essentially a very cheap, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. We were given a room for four people with two small beds, and we could barely sleep.
All we wanted was to get through the night and leave as quickly as possible.
It is disgraceful that VRBO would offer such a hotel as an alternative, especially at such an inflated price. This experience was completely...
"Great value for money! Though the property was on a busy road, and looked a tad run-down from the outside, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated, and our room (on the back side of the road) was very quiet. The “breakfast included” was more than adequate. (Inexpensive meals for later in the day were also available as “room service”.) We’d stay there again."
"Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way."
"Beware... there are multiple Glasgow City Centre Premier Inns. We initially went to the wrong one, in part because Hotels.com kept telling me about the others after I had booked and I clicked on the wrong link for the directions. That error cost me £5 in the car park for about 10 minutes.
When we arrived check in was slow as none of the automated check in machines were working and one poor chap was trying to deal with an influx of guests.
Also, if you plan to use the carpark (Q-Park across the...
"This apartment was wonderful. Comfortable and clean. We easily got in and out. Such an amazing first experience. The staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant was delightful with amazing food!"
