I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"Room was good, comfortable bed. Shower was a bit small for me (6'1 240lbs). I was in the top floor so the club didnt bother me at night but I could hear it. Staff was really helpful and accomdating. "
