"We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one."
"We were surprised on arrival to be given an apartment as we had only booked a double room. As we were there for a few nights it was good to have the extra space and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We understand that this is a new venture and there were one or two things that hadn't quite been finished off but overall it was a good stay. We ate in the pub on one night and the food was excellent. Maybe one or two more options for gluten free....
"Great location ,good amenities (co op ,pub etc ) parking close by . I was in room 12 It is as described v small but adequate for what you pay .It Could do with a new mattress and some better towels though ..communal kitchen area useful and the set up I liked ..a bit quirky …I wouldn’t want a week there but for a night or two it’s good to know .."
"Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly."

Communication with the host before our pre-arranged early arrival was excellent.
The apartment, though sparsely furnished, was clean and tidy with comfortable beds with fresh white linen.
The kitchen was fine after we located the cutlery on the cupboard top. There being no tea towel, dish cloth or towels in the bathroom we improvised. This apart, it was perfect for our short term stay. "
"The property is conveniently near the city center, clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced—basically ticking all the important boxes. The bathroom and toilet are en-suite… with a bold, open-plan concept (no door), which may surprise you at first, but you quickly adapt and start questioning why doors were ever invented.
The owner is friendly, helpful, and professional—exactly the kind of person you hope to meet after a long trip. The kitchen doesn’t have a microwave, so no late-night...

Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times.
Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!"
