The only issue I had was I did not receive any of the check in instructions or lockbox information ahead of my stay as stated on hotels.com. "Everything was good, but there is a pub down and it is very noisy. It is open until 3am, if you have a sensitive sleep you will not be able to sleep well. Otherwise everything is good, located in a cool area."
